Every term below is verifiable inside the first fortnight, and that is deliberate. We are asking you to work with a supplier you have not used before, so rather than asking you to take our word for it, we have structured the engagement so that being wrong about us costs you a week. If it is not working, you stop. No notice period, no exit fee, no argument.
Seven-day terms. You pay for work already delivered, never in advance. Stop any week and you owe nothing further — your maximum exposure is one week of one engineer. Most suppliers ask for monthly upfront or a retainer because it suits their cash flow. That is their problem to solve, not yours.
The person you interviewed, by name — not “a resource”. They report to your project manager in your tools, and we do not sit between you and them. If anyone leaves an engagement you get written notice within 24 hours so you can revoke access, and we absorb the handover cost of the replacement.
Our delivery team is based in Karachi and works UAE hours — a one-hour offset, which means genuine overlap with your team rather than handover notes waiting in the morning. Engagements are remote delivery, contracted as a professional service and invoiced from our UAE entity. Onsite placement in the UAE requires a temporary-employment licence we do not hold, and we will tell you that on the first call.
The most reliable security control for offshore work is to make the engineer’s own device irrelevant. Our engineers work inside the environment you provision — your repositories, your VPN or virtual desktop — so nothing of yours lands on a machine you do not control. A thirty-minute scoping call covers the role, the stack, the timeline and who the engineer reports to on your side. We come back with two profiles — not five — the two people we would actually put on your project, with work you can verify. You interview them directly; we do not sit in. If neither fits, we say so rather than sending a third to look busy, and if we cannot staff the role at all we will give you a realistic date rather than a profile we cannot stand behind. Then individual NDA and IP assignment signed, access provisioned by you, and the first standup.
